What is Osteopathy?

It is a manual therapy focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders and general health issues. It is based on the manipulation and movement of the musculoskeletal system, including muscles, joints, organs, and connective tissues.

Osteopaths are licensed health professionals who have completed extensive training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and osteopathic techniques. Osteopathy training is comprehensive and requires a professional license in many countries.

About Me

Certified Osteopath from Canada in the Heart of Madrid

I am a certified osteopath from Canada specializing in muscular and physiological chains. I began my osteopathic practice in 2015 after working for seven years as a nurse.

For an osteopath, each body has something to say. Pain, postural problems, digestive discomfort, fatigue, or headaches are ways the body expresses an imbalance. Most of the time, discomfort or problems are temporary, and the body rebalances itself. However, sometimes, the body needs a little help - which I am happy to offer. I work with adults of all ages, athletes, children, babies, and pregnant women.
